We stayed in a spacious and clean apartment with fantastic views. the location was ideal, close to the centrum and the Bernkogel gondola. the staff was warm and welcoming, providing us with useful information. the apartment had comfortable beds, all necessary equipment, and a good quality wifi connection. the owner, Brigitte, was a great host, answering all our questions and attending to our requests.
Parking was a problem as it was occupied by other cars and the landlord did not help resolve the situation.

The rooms, location, Joker card, helpful staff, small museum about VM in Saalbach, facilities for bicycles.

Perfect location for a ski holiday, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, fresh bread delivery every morning, stunning view of the ski slope from the window, spacious and clean apartment with everything we needed, excellent value for money.

Great location, close to the lifts and main street with shops and apres ski. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with amazingly comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook our own meals. The host and staff were hospitable and helpful, providing quick responses and convenience.
The wifi was very weak and unreliable. There was no washing machine or dryer/cloth drying hanger in the apartment, and we were offered a paid washing service instead.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration had a lovely alpine touch, with beautiful wooden accents and traditional furnishings. It made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, perfect for a senior like me to relax and unwind. , the hotel's accessibility was great for us older folks. The staff ensured that there were no stairs or obstacles to navigate, making it easy for me to move around without any issues.
I would have loved to see more activities or programs specifically catered to senior guests. Maybe some gentle exercise classes or social gatherings for us to meet and connect with others.
